By accessing the site, browsing any page, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise interacting with our published resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept them, you must immediately discontinue use of the site. We may revise these Terms at any time; continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
The site exists to communicate general information about Hegon AI, its technology platform, the categories of autonomous defense systems we develop, our company, and current career opportunities. Nothing published on the site constitutes a commercial offer, a warranty, a representation about the performance of any product, or a binding commitment to supply, license, or support. Specifications, capabilities, and timelines described publicly are indicative and subject to change without notice. Any procurement, partnership, or licensing relationship requires a separate written agreement executed by an authorized representative of Hegon.

You must not transmit through hegon.ai, the public contact form, or any unencrypted email address published on the site any information that is classified, export controlled (including under EU dual-use, ITAR, EAR, or equivalent regimes), subject to a non-disclosure obligation, or otherwise sensitive. If you need to share such information, request a secure channel from us first. We disclaim all responsibility for the disclosure or compromise of information that you submit through public channels in breach of this section.
Where you voluntarily submit comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Hegon, our systems, or this site, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such submissions for any lawful business purpose, without attribution or compensation. You confirm that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not listed on any restricted-parties register maintained by the European Union, the United Nations, the United States, or any other competent authority. You shall not access or use the site in violation of any applicable export control, sanctions, or anti-corruption law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
